I am a highly experienced Defence and government professional, specialising in service and product delivery, stakeholder engagement and leadership and management.I have worked across a range of capability elements during that time, from radar and space operations, test and evaluation, capability development, acquisition and sustainment, configuration management, stakeholder engagement, change management, product delivery and diverse team leadership and management (APS, contractors and Military personnel); including performance management.Over the last six years, I have worked closely with Defence Groups to reduce product distribution timelines for critical ADF structured messaging capability from 6-18 months to 4-6 weeks. I have negotiated multi-year, multi-million dollar software contracts for Defence driving cost savings of approximately 20%. I have supervised and up-skilled staff to provide critical technical outputs and represented ADF capability requirements internationally at NATO and U.S. fora. Previously, I have managed high tempo military training environments of 16 staff with a training output of 250 students per year over a dozen courses in Air Surveillance and Space based systems. I am well versed in diverse people management, performance management and take pride in ensuring positive workplace cohesiveness alongside high levels of productivity output.
