o In charge of router, switches and firewall (Cisco, Juniper). Troubleshoot and create new route depending company’s demand. (Hutchison Tri (3) Indonesia Project)o In charge of web, application, database servers’ installation and maintenance, mainly for ZTE Ticketing system (Hutchison Tri (3) Indonesia Project)o In charge of PABX system configuration/maintenance/troubleshoot, coordinating issue with China Head Office if needed.o Technical support for ZTE employee at Branch Office (30 people) and Head Office (~400 people).o Coordinating with China Head Office on making system or network configuration changes to meet current company policy requirement.o In charge in IT audit (SAS70/ISAE3402) for ZTE ticketing system to meet client’s demand. Create report according to audit policy (Hutchison Tri (3) Indonesia Project)o Caretaking Branch Office at Plaza Kuningan for its security, equipment and attendance system.o Held training for regular office staff to help improve work efficiency, also assisting employee in making report template. (Microsoft Office)o Procure some IT equipment if needed/requested by the managers and director.o Support regional staff via telephone, mostly for network configuration issue.o Substitute NOC manager duty for emergency situation.
