Decreases payment risk, and increases program efficiency. Service is now leveraged across financial institutions.- Set-up parallel AML platform that focused on generating contextual networks to identify network risk. Platform used to minimize internal bank application risk, and research high risk networks.

Manage and lead the Network Analytics and Machine Learning team globally. Team mandate and responsibilities include:- Tasked with building a team of 15 data engineers, data scientist, and dev/ops from the ground up. Team mandate was to introduce new analytical techniques (graph theory, entity resolution, natural language understanding/processing) and apply to underlying business models and control functions across enterprise. - Cultivated relationships with decision makers across enterprise (product, analytics, and control area's). Worked collaboratively with partners and launched over 150 use cases.- Designed and built graph platforms that focused primarily on payments. Integrated 15+ bank channels into common graph that was leveraged by 100+ data scientist.- Developed derivative data products from graph platform that were consumed by partner teams and consumed by downstream applications. - Leveraged information management tools to document end-to-end design, analytical methodologies, and code repository to ensure that team had a strong foundation to share with third party teams and also have a set of working processes and standards.

Led the development of a new bank capability, Financial Networks, across International Banking. Capability was launched successfully across 21 countries with a small, focused and effective team. To ensure successful launch, an internal support network was built across the bank that focused on maintaining robust relationships with systems, business lines, enterprise data warehouse, business support areas and other key stakeholders. Defined and managed initiatives for implementing the capability. Developed the roadmap, governance structure and follow-up procedures. Identified high risk challenges and put in place action plans to ensure resources were efficiently allocated. Identified and targeted early adopters and established credibility by demonstrating subject matter expertise and knowledge. Worked closely with this group on initiative development to ensure innovative approaches and tailored methodologies to address specific client needs.

Collaborated with partners to launch and design deposits product optimization and pricing strategy, and supported new deposit portfolio launches. Constructed pricing and optimization frameworks focused on generating incremental revenue, and optimizing client base. Launched strategy successfully in two countries generating an increase in fee revenue by 50% in Turks & Caicos, and 30% in Jamaica. Optimized country client bases by forcing high cost inactive clients to close accounts.Pricing and optimization strategies eventually became key bank initiative launching across 21 countries. Key designs, frameworks and management information are tools still being used today to optimize and price portfolios.

Information portal became key source for any deposit decision made by head office and country partners. Designed and built new client acquisition, retention and geotargeting campaign models for automotive dealerships, and head office. Annually launched 10+ national campaigns and 10+ regional campaigns. Average campaign incentive amount greater than $5 million.Combined General Motors data repository with Canadian census data, POLK automotive data, and MapInfo Psyte clusters to construct General Motors first geotargeting campaigns. Used datamining techniques to construct area level targeting methodology. Convinced head office senior executive to engage regional dealer bodes in Toronto, and Southwest Ontario for campaign buy-in. Constructed campaign end-to-end strategy and managed relationship with individual dealers to ensure stakeholders were aligned.
