I have over forty years in the HVAC Construction industry. I started my career at a very young age as a Project Engineer working at Consulting Engineering firm. Then progressing to General Contracting side of the business with HVAC design and estimating and project management of projects for the likes of Frito Lay, Amoco, Proctor and Gamble. I have gained experience on the owners side also as Director Plant Operations in the Health Care industry. Since then on to HVAC construction industry in commercial office work, educational facilities (K-12), high end retail stores, school design, renovations and ground up development projects, building seismic upgrades, roofing replacement and more. This has given me a well rounded knowledge of the built environment along with all aspects associated
