I advocated on behalf of hundreds of children needing special education services. I regularly disputed with the New York City Department of Education in an effort to obtain reimbursement for services provided to my clients by private agencies.

Assisted TravelClick’s in-house legal team with the negotiation and drafting of multi-million dollar data service contracts for luxury hotels around the world, including Hilton, Coast, and Wyndham. Consulted directly with vendors entering into business partnerships with TravelClick regarding ongoing contractual obligations. Researched laws in domestic and international jurisdictions affecting TravelClick’s agreements. Revised and modified TravelClick’s agreements to reflect its acquisition by Amadeus IT Group, headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

Drafted documents for various levels of litigation concerning landlord-tenant and partnership dissolution disputes, including verified complaints, affirmations in support, subpoenas duces tecum, bills of particulars, summons, and demand letters. Prepared legal memoranda advising clients wishing to exit timeshare agreements.

I worked with Yeshiva University's in-house legal team and lawyers from Seyfarth Shaw LLP to resolve employee disputes. In addition, I organized documents appertaining to university's extensive real estate holdings. Moreover, I performed research for legislative proposals to New York State Legislature.

I authored a comprehensive memo that explained how the New York City Department of Education's current policies have led to egregious delays in resolving due process complaints. My memo explored several policy solutions that could save the Department of Education millions of dollars per year while ensuring that children with special educational needs receive an appropriate education in a timely manner. I drafted briefs that advocated for the educational rights of autistic children. In my time at NYLAG, I attended hearings with attorneys who argued approval for their clients' educational benefit requests. I also prepared clients, witnesses, and experts for trial.

I co-authored a court decision with colleagues concerning a wrongful death suit in which our mentoring judge rendered default judgment for a defendant movie company. I drafted court decisions pertaining to my judge's caseload. In addition, I conducted legal research on questions of law relating to contract agreements, torts, housing discrimination, and dental malpractice.
