RETAIL NEW BUILD PROGRAM LEAD: Feb. 2015 to 2018Responsible for the initial account transition and subsequent development of processes, tools, reporting and oversight on multiple retail programs for Capital One. The team delivered an average of 80 projects a year on a capital plan of $80M.RETAIL BANKING PROGRAM LEAD: March 2003 to Jan. 2010Originally an individual contributor, having completed a number of ground-up and TI banking centers himself, Dave eventually led the program and its 23 PMs located across the country. Under Dave’s leadership, the team delivered on a pipeline of over 300 banking centers for Bank of America.PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM LEAD: Jan 2001 to March 2003Led a team of up to 14 project managers delivering a variety of projects, from administrative office space to electronic labs and manufacturing assembly lines. Also acted as a player/coach while assisting the delivery of a large office campus.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM LEAD: Aug. 2005 to Jan. 2001Responsible for the project management team for Motorola's Cellular Infrastructure Division. During this time, the majority of projects involved down-sizing and/or relocating manufacturing operations and converting the remaining real estate into multi-function office space. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER: Dec.1989 to Aug. 2005AS a project manager, my deliveries were focused on infrastructure and electronic manufacturing line installations, as well as data centers, chemical/electronic labs, and clean rooms. Since project construction documents were produced in-house at this time, I was also responsible for personally completing the majority of HVAC and process piping designs.
