David is a Associate Broker of Multi-family & Investments for NAI Legacy. His interests are in advising new and experienced investors to make informed decisions that align to their lifestyle and financial goals. David comes with a diverse background of experiences starting with helping his father maintain a humble 5-plex in south Minneapolis. He became a graduate of West Point Military Academy, followed by being a Consultant at Deloitte in Federal and Commercial practices, and most recently, a Project Manager at Enbridge. Background and experience:Prior to joining NAI Legacy, David was a geohazard pipeline remediation project manager at Enbridge Core Programs where he led 16 projects totaling over 50MM. He led projects through detailed development in accordance with environmental permits and regulatory compliance, engineering design reviews, construction execution strategies, landowner negotiations, and project control costs/schedules all while ensuring safe and high-quality pipeline remediation construction execution is performed on site. Previously, he was a Consultant in Deloitte Commercial Human Capital, totaling over 10 years' experience in Federal and Commercial practices. He has 8 years of Federal experience drawing from his time as a Soldier in the Army and as a Federal Consultant with the Secretary of the Air Force. He then operated at Deloitte for two years within the Life Science and HealthCare Sector supporting Pfizer’s acquisitions, collaboration, and divestitures. He was a Soldier supporting Flight Operations in 16 Combat Aviation Brigade and is a graduate from United States Military Academy at West Point majoring in Business Management with a minor in Environmental Engineering. David now enjoys attending local festivals, riding his motorcycle, scuba diving, and skydiving.
