Pagatore Corporation is an accounting firm that provides all accounting services for Correct Construction, Inc., Correct Fire Protection Systems, Inc., & Interstate Environmental Services, Inc. Some of my responsibilities include:• Set up all industrial, commercial and service jobs in Timberline Accounting system for four separate companies • Invoice all industrial, commercial, and service accounts ranging from $1,000 to $3 million• Organize timesheets and invoices weekly in job folders and electronically file upon job completion• Assist field supervisors at job sites to setup new employee records • Maintain and disperse Excel spreadsheets detailing job costs and other analysis • Complete certified payrolls for all commercial and government jobs• Assist Accounts Payable Department with invoice input and vendor payment• Pay Sales/Use tax• Execute waivers of lien and subcontract agreements• Serve as primary contact for customers with accounting questions• Train accounting employees from Tennessee office

Provided assistance to customers in purchasing photographic equipment and accessories.* Maintained inventory and purchased merchandise as needed.* Managed company operations while owner was away.

Assisted customers in the Lawn and Garden, Tool, and Paint Departments.* Maintained inventory for the Tool Department and stocked merchandise.* Balanced cash register drawers after end of shift.
