• Interim Chief Executive 2013-2014• Led on the strategic and development plans for all the 60 plus community branches and grew the charity from 42 to over 60 branches in the last 7 years, the largest such growth in the past 60 years. This added close to £10 million of new assets for the Charity.• Led a team of over 90 staff and directly line managed 10 senior professionals.• Chaired fortnightly the Asset Management Group that managed the Property portfolio of circa £500 million and its Moveable Assets of circa £10 million. • Chaired the project team that secured a £1.75 million Heritage Lottery Fund grant for the development of Willesden Cemetery as a British heritage site.• Chaired the Project Definition team in the creation of the organisation’s integrated membership and financial operations database containing over 60,000 individuals.• Responsible for the control and management of the treasures of the charity, including silver and art, and for liaison with external heritage grant making bodies and led the team on the digitisation of over 250,000 marriage authorisation records.• Led the Burial Division which had an annual budget of over £6 million and led the team for the new £9 million Bushey New burial ground that was shortlisted for the 2018 RIBA Stirling Prize.Responsible for the creation of an annual senior professionals succession planning and recruitment internship programme. In the past number of years over a dozen senior posts have gone to previous interns.• Responsible for the Welfare and Care in the Community portfolios including the provision of Hospital, Prisons and Military Chaplaincy and the annual distribution of over 600 food parcels to the needy and vulnerable.
