I directly supervise a diverse team of 10 individuals, with distinct responsibilities spanning Asset Management services (4 staff) and Managed Laboratory services (6 staff). Additionally, I meticulously manage the budgetary allocations for both Asset Management Services (AMS) and Managed Services (MS) to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiencies.One of my key responsibilities is establishing and rigorously monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that were pertinent to AMS/MS activities. This is crucial in ensuring that the services we delivered consistently met or exceeded the established benchmarks. To support the professional development of my team, I conducted thorough semi-annual and annual performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, recognizing achievements, and setting clear developmental goals.I also played a pivotal role in overseeing the validation procedures for critical laboratory equipment, including freezers, refrigerators, incubators, and thermal cyclers. This involved ensuring that these instruments operated within specified parameters to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Moreover, I maintained a strong focus on safety compliance, and in the absence of the primary safety officer, I stepped in to handle safety responsibilities to ensure the well-being of our team and clients.

I took a proactive approach to asset maintenance by scheduling corrective maintenance as and when needed, ensuring that our assets remained in their best operational condition. This included executing post-repair validations, particularly for critical equipment like cold storage units, centrifuges, and thermal cyclers, to guarantee they met predefined standards and operated at peak efficiency.Furthermore, I collaborated seamlessly with a cross-functional team to evaluate, prioritize, and address work requests, contributing to streamlined operations and prompt responses to maintenance needs. One of my key responsibilities was orchestrating and planning routine maintenance activities for an extensive portfolio of over 1,000 on-site assets, which was essential for ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime.To uphold quality and compliance, I rigorously reviewed maintenance and repair documentation to ensure full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). In my role, I served as the Super Administrator for the Smart-Vue environmental monitoring system, overseeing system setups for new storage units. Additionally, I conducted comprehensive training sessions for new employees to ensure a robust environmental monitoring process. I also had the responsibility of serving as the alternate Environmental Health & Safety Officer, where I onboarded new hires with essential training on environmental rules and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.Furthermore, I led the coordination of all facets of Central Services in support of the manufacturing department. This encompassed ensuring seamless supply and support for production activities. Proactively, I addressed and documented any deviations from established protocols through formal deviation requests, ensuring traceability and corrective actions were taken.I also took charge of the initial setup, calibration, and ongoing maintenance of specialized laboratory equipment, particularly the Luminex LabScan 200 and Flexmap3D flow cytometry instruments, to ensure their optimal functionality and readiness for research operations. Moreover, I efficiently executed Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) protocols to ensure that all equipment and processes met predetermined acceptance criteria. I collaborated closely with both R&D and Operations departments, playing a vital role in risk assessments during the handover and implementation of new processes. Additionally, I initiated quality nonconformance reports for any discrepancies or deviations, ensuring a robust quality management system.
