• Assessing and determining product quality to meet Wakefern specifications
• Perform daily inventory rotation parameter quality inspections
• Examine all packaging for proper labeling and enforce all packaging and labeling requirements of the FDA and USDA
• Perform monthly sanitation and food safety warehouse audits
• Communicate with all levels of management on an on-going basis, review quality and condition issues of in-bound goods, sanitation issues or any other issues effecting food safety, product quality and warehouse.
