From visa management through timeline guidance and diagnostics to Step 1,2 and 3 preparation coupled with residency and interview support, Kaplan's centers for Med provide content, direction and support via Live Lectures, Live on Line offerings, as well as OnDemand service and quiet study facilities. As Center Director I support all activities within the center including enrollment facilitation, target achievement, facilities management, P&L responsibility, Customer Service, and staff management. My role also serves the larger, national business as senior leadership in developing and facilitating change, keeping Kaplan Med the premier choice to IMGs for their USMLE preparation. KTP's Med Centers provide that sense of community and support so important to IMGs who are working through their Road to Residency.

Kaplan Test Prep is the world leader in test preparation.The Health division provides educational and motivational support and test prep through an ever expanding venue of media, live and technological methods for international Medical Graduates who are seeking residency and a new professional life in the US and Canada. As Area Director, I work with a series of Media and Live centers to insure that our students have a cutting edge advantage to their preparation for the USMLE. In this regard, we provide study centers, Live Lectures, informational events, a sense of community away from home, and professional Medical Advising to guide and support our students in their educational quest.

RTS provides outsourced technical customer service staff and services for major clients globally as a division of EMS services parent FlexDirected all team activities to source, recruit, hire, train and manage outsourced technical Customer Service reps for the largest US Wireless carrier in their retail stores throughout California and the West. Led the start-up and development of Flextronics Retail Technical Services (RTS) division for the 12 western states. Managed 8 direct, 4 staff, 18 team managers who were responsible for 800 associates. Provided effective leadership in fast-paced, ever-changing marketplace building strong client relationships and an ethical employee environment where associates were motivated to succeed.
