This is a (temporary) duo position in which multi-year agreements are established between the directors and the managements of different departments. Responsible for the coordination of the management cycle, with a focus on internal cost and programming.

In this role responsible for the financial aspect of the annual statements (e.g. ‘Agentschapsparagraaf’) within Rijkswaterstaat, both ‘BLS’ and ‘GVKA’. Coordinator of communication between the organization and the external account (ADR) and actively improving internal controls.

- Thesis: My thesis subject was the Value Transfer in Pensions (in Dutch: “Waardeoverdracht pensioenen”). My chosen assignment was to research the impact on the transfer value of the net value of the pension when a (pension)fund is not allowed to carry out the transfer due to the minimum legal coverage ratio (in Dutch: “wettelijke dekkingsgraad). With as goal generating more insight and knowledge on the impact and size of overdue Value Transfer in Pensions.

- International internship at PwC Dutch Caribbean. Responsible for the daily business in the Kitchen and giving guidance to approximately 10 staff members. This involved helping to solve complications within and/or outside the company, also giving support to costumers on deals by giving various possibilities.
