I have been producing a podcast with 32Gi since the start of 2016. I helped them develop it from scratch. I record and produce the podcasts. It covers sports nutrition. Mark Wolff is the co-host, but also bring athletes in. Have already spoken to the likes of Caroline Wostmann, Jodie Swallow, and the Challenge Roth organisers.

Having officially started getting footage for my Video Blog (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCKgA8IBZK3VJjqOsfqn9NaQ) in 2016 after getting a Tom Tom Bandit action camera, I started editing videos from October. Highlights so far;Coverage of trail races including, Mont-Aux-Sources Challenge, iSimangaliso Trail Challenge & daily updates from the 3-day Golden Gate Challenge. Coverage of cycling/mtb events; Day 8 of joBerg2C, VarsityMTB media launch at Sondela, coverage of the Telkom 947 Cycle Challenge.

At the 2015 94.7 Cycle Challenge I worked with Dutch women’s team, Liv Plantur (I acted as a liaison with the team and their manager, going on to take them through a training camp after the race). I have produced a series of articles for the the 2016 Comrades magazine. I have produced television productions for (various Triathlon races, 32Gi, MTN-Qhubeka Cycling Team, 2015 Barberton XCM) and presented on numerous television productions (e.g. The 2012 Tour de Free State cycle race). I have also had articles published on my experiences as a Father (Your Pregnancy, Living & Loving).

Giving tips and advice and having fun a long the way. Parenting has it's ups and downs. But having Rob, Abi (who died at 1 year but is always with me), and Emily is part of my intended fabric, and I love it.

I did a weekly health & lifestyle segment (Produce content and then take part in show). It was on Talk Radio 702 weekend breakfast with various presenters on Saturday’s and Sunday’s between 6:20 and 6:30am. After a great long run our relationship ended amicably, but was with immediate effect due to me being targetted by a case of Social Media trolling.

I am scripting and voicing numerous productions for ATV. In 2015 I ran the three Wild Series Events with a GoPro for TV, which included links to camera. I went on to script and voice the shows. In 2016 I have already scripted and voiced; the National Mountain biking Series, Ride for Sight, Impi Challenge, Sun City to Table Bay, Pennypinchers Easter Festival and Gaborone Marathon.

Through client Old Mutual I have worked as a presenter/producer on OM Live Digital Radio (Two Oceans, Joburg2C, Comrades. Wild Series). I also work on a daily basis editing and populating the TalkFeed website. In 2015 I ran three Wild Series events in seven weeks, producing podcast content for Old Mutual as I went.

I work with an experienced, knowledgeable and highly committed group of Exercise Scientists. We emphasis the importance of testing the individual to produce a training plan around their bodies strengthens and limitations. By doing so building you into the strongest possible athlete, to be able to achieve your goals.

Worked for Supersport Blitz, DSTV Channel 200, started as a journalist producing content for the channel. I did work on camera for the channel as well, most notably being based in PE for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The bulk of my work was as a Content Editor/Journalist, handling the work flow and assignments for journalists. I also did live voiceover work for the channel, and other commentary & script writing work for the company. Blitz Live; we produced a live presentation show three days a week for a few months in 2013, before budget constraints cancelled it. I was one of the two people who basically build the structure up from scratch, going on to produce it. After nearly 8 years of dedication to Blitz and despite my senior position and all my input in the product, work was being slashed across the board. We couldn’t come to a fair agreement, so a separation was agreed upon.
