Led as player/coach team of sales executives and product champions for leading provider of digital ad effectiveness and creative pre-testing research, media analytics and marketing accountability technologies & solutions. Report to the co-CEO, overseeing quota setting and P&L for all East region direct brand relationships as well as the hiring, training.

Led TNS Northeast Client Service Unit. Area of responsibility grew initially from $6M and 4 sales people to about $20M in revenue and management/development of nearly 50 people across sales, analytic and project management functions. Track record for meeting sales and profit budgets. Developed and implemented strategic business plans for meeting these.

Individual business responsibility (sales and analysis) for a group that grew from $300K to just under $2 million in its first year (consisting of almost all new business) to nearly $4 million a year later. At the time this included the largest (and first) International Brand Equity tracking project in the company leveraging a global proprietary brand.
