• Responsible for all Contractors performing work for the engineering or maintenance departments at the Fresno facility.• Perform constructability reviews for the projects from the conceptual to execution phases of the capital projects.• Using the Richardson’s estimating program and personal knowledge I will prepare Gate 3 (90%) estimates. • Responsible for the planning of projects concerning all disciplines. • Field walk-downs and work with the plant operations, environmental, mechanical integrity, safety, maintenance and document control groups to acquire information and procedures to produce estimates, plans and schedules. • Prepare the requisitions for the purchasing department and I prepare a construction package for the execution of the work. Also I work with vendors and contractors which supply the labor and materials for the projects. • Following the execution of the work I report on progress and any discovery work which might arise after opening equipment.• Perform safety field audits• Verify, evaluate and process all field change orders.• Verifying and approving contractor time sheets. After the work is complete I have engineering or operations sign off on turnover documents and then turnover any red lined drawings to engineering

After the work is complete I have engineering or operations sign off on turnover documents and then turnover any red lined drawings to engineering. • Duties included working with equipment associated within the FCC unit, including replacement of cyclones and dust bowls on the Cat Cracker, (Reactor). Also this work was integrated in the removal of the reactor internals, (screen section and steam stripping ring, upper and lower), refractory replacement in the regenerator and cracker. Also the total change out of the 3rd stage separator and numerous exchangers in the FCC gas plant. • Coordinated with the millwright foreman the rebuild of the FCC main blower and replacement of the main oil reservoirs for both the main blower and wet gas compressor, utilizing the expertise of all crafts including mechanical, electrical and instrument.

• Responsible for the projects of the installation of fiberglass drain lines and firewater piping systems in chemical plants and on oil rigs.• Managed the day to day activities of the work and schedules including progress reports of the job.• Coordinated the activities making the safety the number one priority.
