In charge of the commercial segment, in terms of sale of diessl, pstrol ,kerosene,lubricants and specialty products like Bitumen. Durifjg my tenure we diversified the portfolio from 90%! Reseller based to 75 % corporate clientele, with the addtion of oil and gas explorers like Tullow Oil,Heritage oil, amd Neptune petroleum, road construction companies, logisitics companies ,and motor franchises for our lubricants ( Nissan Uganda).I led a team that won a group award for the best commercial operation out of 15 Engen operations across Africa for the financial year 2010/2011.,we were also the runners up for the previous financial year .

My duties included managing of Key accounts where th3 company was providing a number of ICF solutions like the data centre for the Intergrated Financial managment system for the Ministry of Finance In Uganda..I was also in charge of ensuring the growth of these accounts by cross selling wide variety of solutions from the equipment vendors and solution providers through our Head office. Amongst the clients we brought on board were the Central Bank of Uganda ( provided packeteer packet shaper) and Celtel for whom we provided WAN cards as well as a call centre solution from ATIO in south Africa.

In charge of a diverese portfolio of corporate clients with thier own internet service provision solutions . My duties were to acquiregriw and retain these clients through orovision of solutions like wireless connections,lease lines ( in conjunction with MTN and UTL)and specialised hybrid solutions like the dirrct to vidro broadcasting and lease lines. My other assignments on the job included the acquisition of a frequency and space at the kololo mast four wireless roll out acroos kampala through the Ministry of information, i also was selected amongst the africa online group comprising of nine countries to provide Account managment training to the Africa online zimbabwe operation as well.My clients at the time were Bidco,American refugee council, Uganda Breweries,Steadman,Office of the president,Elizabeth Glaser fohndation, Kampala Citi Cable, Kenya Airways .I was responsible for debt collection as didectly supervised two team members who provided customer service and technical assistance.
