• Import address lists from Excel to CRC in order to generate labels from integration.• Work with CSR, sales teams, and production manager to coordinate deliveries/hot jobsto meet specified due dates.• Coordinate driver schedules to economize deliveries.• Work with local messengers to handle work overflow.• Ensure proper documentation of shipped jobs.• Utilize resources efficiently by ensuring best possible shipping rates.• Facilitate international shipping through familiarization with tariffs and propershipment valuation.• Packing, shrink wrapping, preparing skids, labeling cartons.• Process daily end-of-day reports to sales and CSR teams that indicate which jobswere processed.• Maintain inventory of pick and pack items for specific customers; add items into CRCfor inventory management.

• Prepare completed jobs for shipping in accordance with accompanying ticket’s instructions.• Prepare and organize packing slips and packages for each job.• Assemble Excel files to work with FedEx Integration and UPS Worldship.• Acquire shipping quotes.• File jobs in internal computer system.• Prepare skids and label cartons.• Corner board, band, and stretch wrap.• Press-OK, back-up bindery, and print production.

• Manage and delegate amongst employees from pre-press to pressroom.• Estimate print job costs for clients.• Execute jobs with careful eye for detail and exemplary customer service.• Cold call and prospect for new clients.• Prepare PS files for output.• Collaborate with UPS and FedEx to ship jobs.• Organize and maintain administrative records.
