David continues to balance occasional academic commitments as visiting lecturer, including Liverpool John Moore’s University & the University of Wales, Cardiff with his continuing research into new paradigm thinking that has high impact in business settings.

After over two decades in personnel, training & management development in the public sector at County Council (Denbighshire & Clwyd) & Regional levels (North Wales), David chose to become self employed in 1988, initially in Management, Team & Organisational Development.Up until that time David had become a visiting lecturer in Management Development at Bangor University, Liverpool Polytechnic & several higher Education Colleges, whilst widening his experience by increasingly working with both large Public Sector organizations, like Royal Mail, & private Sector companies like Campbells Chilled Foods, Thomas Cook & Whitbred.
