After Tricentis merged with QASymphony, I was asked by the board to lead the transition and integration of the direct sales and channel organizations. My responsibilities included global sales, channel, operations, and more than 700 employees.I led the team in achieving annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth from $65 million to over $200 million in three years while executing the operational turnaround of the Customer Success organization. This led to a significant gross revenue retention (GRR) and net revenue retention (NRR) improvement; renewals improved by 400 basis points in a single year.

I led this enterprise SaaS company that targeted software developers and testers through a high-growth stage and subsequent merger with category leader Tricentis in 2018. We took the company from start-up to 110 employees and $26 million ARR in just four years. This included three rounds of fund raising, including a $40 million Series C with Insight Venture Partners. Success came through a laser focus on recruiting and mentoring a high-performing executive team and establishing an exceptional company culture. We were recognized as one of the top places to work in Georgia four years in a row.

I was recruited by the founder of this innovative digital marketing and e-commerce provider to raise growth capital, build the leadership team, and execute a growth plan. I orchestrated and managed the sale of the company to Deem (later acquired by Enterprise Holdings) in 2014 after enabling the deployment of a differentiated loyalty platform serving more than six million subscribers.

I had full P&L accountability for the creation and leadership of a $140 million multi-site division of this $1 billion information services provider serving global business and government organizations. I led the integration of four acquisitions and a staff of 500 associates.

I was responsible for strategy and M&A of this public company and information services provider and spearheaded the acquisitions of 18 companies in two years. These acquisitions in the insurance services, background screening, and government services divisions represented over $400 million.

Novient was as enterprise software company that provided resource management solutions to professional services firms. I played an integral role in the successful sale of the company to an Australian-based public company, Solution 6.
