Sr. Logistician for the Battlefield Airmen Branch of the Aeronautical Systems Command (ASC). Supports the Special Operations Forces (SOF) for Air Force Special Operation Command (AFSOC) and the Para Rescue Forces (PJ) under the Air Combat Command (ACC) as the Senior Logistician for the System Program Office (SPO) at ASC. Performs all required logistics planning for new and existing assets for the Battlefield Airmen Program. Independently performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of ASC supportability and maintainability programs. Works on logistics and maintenance programs on technical evaluation and identification of weapon systems logistics requirements and resources; development of logistics support and maintainability programs and life cycle cost analysis and control. Collets, compiles, and analyzes logistics maintenance, acquisition and financial data in support of program management. Develops, modifies, and validates documentation related to automated logistics information systems. Ensures the standardization and requirements for test and evaluation planning and execution, of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for Battlefield Airmen Assets.

PLANNING, MANAGING AND COORDINATING CRADLE-TO-GRADE LIFE CYCLE LOGISTICS SUPPORT:Develop and manage the acquisition of an Enterprise IT program for the Department of Defense. Currently developing architecture of the system, and creating training and sustainment plans. Managing the IT Engineering team to develop the Architecture and the Initial Support Plan (ISP). Heading up the entire acquisition strategy and the completion of all required documents. Assisting the MAJCOM with the development of the AOA, ICD, and the CDD. FACT GATHERING, ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPING CONCLUSIONS:Gather facts, engage in key analysis and develop conclusions to bring information management capabilities that currently do not exist within the DoD, allowing the ability to search for and receive data across military and coalition forces anywhere in the world securely and rapidly. COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP:Exercise technical leadership to obtain agreements on required actions, schedules, and the resolution of conflicting points of view concerning program and/or policy matters. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:- Hand selected to develop the acquisition strategy and sustainment plan for the development of Enterprise IT solution software for the DoD.

Developed a database tracking system, where Directorate leadership can review results of QA summaries, and SIP results. Manages logistic personnel performing work in research development, testing and evaluation (RDT&E). Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead charged to establish technical lab requirements for all power, accountability, security, and safety. Appointed FOD monitor, and the Tool Control Manager (TCM) for the Directorate as the primary logistics advisor to Air Vehicles Directorate. Production Plan (P-PLAN) team lead developing processes for merging AFRL Directorate cultures into more efficient logistics programs. Authored RB Instructions for purchasing and maintainability of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Electro Static Discharge (ESD), General Logistics Programs, and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) programs. Provides technical assistance for Air Vehicles Directorate contracting officer technical representative (COTR). Validates budgets for logistics programs for acquisition labor costs.

Developed programs to include Tool Accountability, Quality Assurance, Stock Management, Test Measurement Equipment Management, Lock Out /Tag Out Management, Preventive Maintenance Management, Equipment Management, Foreign Object, Confined Space, and the Respirator Programs for personnel. Authored Operating Instructions (OI) and equipment tracking database for managing acquisition of all equipment "Cradle to Grave" using a central receiving point for procurement of stock and equipment. Developed action plan for the purchasing, managing tracking and accounting of purchases. Management lead over 6500 equipment items valued at $10 million. Utilizes Six Sigma industry standards to develop lean processes to create safer and more efficient research and test environments in the Division. Identified areas for organizational improvement and transformation, established reengineering and cost reductions in lab environments. Planned a rebuild of the HAZMAT Program for the Directorate. Developed a Power Utilities Committee to manage all High Voltage Power in the Air Vehicles Directorate encompassing Inventory, PMI, data collection, and power upgrades. Initiated the AFRL Wright Site Logistics Standardization Evaluation Program (LSEP). Inspector General (IG) Quality Assurance Inspection team member performing logistic compliance inspections throughout AFMC. Established effective change management process for AFRL. Managed the PMI program performed action planning for compliance encompassing over 1200 equipment items worth $1.8 million and an annual budget of $85k.

. Developed Aircraft Battle Damage Repair (ABDR) deployed tooling and material programs for all Air Logistics Center (ALC). Program manager for Air Logistics Center's 101 tool mobility trailers totaling over 21 million dollars. Established composite material damage repair procedures, equipment and training requirements for 9 Combat Logistic Support Squadrons, supporting maintenance personnel and engineers at each Air Logistics Center. Technical Writer for Air Force 1-1H-39 T.O. program, providing guidance and oversight in emerging aircraft development in the engineering handbooks and aircraft specific -39 technical data. Managed the Air Force Training Aircraft Fleet worth in excess of 98 million dollars. Managed Air Force Survivability program for the Joint Aircraft Survivability Program (JASPO) steering group. Adviser to F/A-22 System Program Office (SPO), developed maintenance procedures, Engineering guidance, support equipment, and tooling requirements. Conducted studies, researched requirements for the standup of the F-22, F-35 aircraft and developed the tool program requirements for the Predator and Global Hawk UAV. Developed the Aircraft Battle Damage and Repair Program for F-22 SPO and managed the acquisition and manning requirements for the F-22 CLSS program at Hill AFB. Developed with AFRL new design repairs for Low Observable Aircraft Structures. Researched and developed advanced composite repair techniques for the B-2 Low Observable aircraft. Drafted test plans for new Composi-Lok fasteners. Technical consult for Modeling and Simulation work with the 86th test wing at Eglin AFB and Wright-Patterson AFB to develop ballistic testing articles. Utilizes Integrated Logistic Maintenance Plans (ILSP), Support Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD), In Process Reviews (IPR), Pre Publication Reviews (PPR), Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), and Engineering Change Data dispositions (ECD). Assigned to the 653rd Air Force Combat Logistics Support Squadrons (CLSS) Aircraft Structural team lead supervising an 18 person traveling Depot maintenance group. Advance Depot maintenance planner and scheduler with Air Force Logistics Centers and field units. Developed, implemented, and maintained requirements for aircraft repair capability of 13 operational and 4 emerging weapons systems including current aircraft systems for the F-22, F-35, Predator, Global Hawk, F-15, C-130, and C-5.
