Sr. Logistician for the Battlefield Airmen Branch of the Aeronautical Systems Command (ASC). Supports the Special Operations Forces (SOF) for Air Force Special Operation Command (AFSOC) and the Para Rescue Forces (PJ) under the Air Combat Command (ACC) as the Senior Logistician for the System Program Office (SPO) at ASC. PLANNING, MANAGING AND COORDINATING CRADLE-TO-GRADE LIFE CYCLE LOGISTICS SUPPORT:Develop and manage the acquisition of an Enterprise IT program for the Department of Defense. Currently developing architecture of the system, and creating training and sustainment plans. Managing the IT Engineering team to develop the Architecture and the Initial Support Plan (ISP). Heading up the entire acquisition strategy and the completion of all required documents. Assisting the MAJCOM with the development of the AOA, ICD, and the CDD. Developed a database tracking system, where Directorate leadership can review results of QA summaries, and SIP results. Manages logistic personnel performing work in research development, testing and evaluation (RDT&E). Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead charged to establish technical lab requirements for all power, accountability, security, and safety. Developed programs to include Tool Accountability, Quality Assurance, Stock Management, Test Measurement Equipment Management, Lock Out /Tag Out Management, Preventive Maintenance Management, Equipment Management, Foreign Object, Confined Space, and the Respirator Programs for personnel. Authored Operating Instructions (OI) and equipment tracking database for managing acquisition of all equipment "Cradle to Grave" using a central receiving point for procurement of stock and equipment. Developed action plan for the purchasing, managing tracking and accounting of purchases. Management lead over 6500 equipment items valued at $10 million. Utilizes Six Sigma industry standards to develop lean processes to create safer and more efficient research and test environments in the Division. Inspector General (IG) Quality Assurance Inspection team member performing logistic compliance inspections throughout AFMC. Established effective change management process for AFRL. Adviser to F/A-22 System Program Office (SPO), developed maintenance procedures, Engineering guidance, support equipment, and tooling requirements. Conducted studies, researched requirements for the standup of the F-22, F-35 aircraft and developed the tool program requirements for the Predator and Global Hawk UAV.
