CSG Advisor for Rotork based in Leeds - among the actuation products I provide support for are the Skilmatic and IQ range, as well as Rotork's industrial communications products such as Master Station and the Pakscan protocol. I have recently earned my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (with First Class Honours) whilst working at Rotork, but my background is as an apprentice-trained electrical/electronic technician with experience testing, fault-finding and maintaining electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting site engineers and end users directly, where my aim continues to be to delight our customers with timely and effective solutions to product issues and queries. Self-motivated and disciplined, I am eager to seek new opportunities to learn, capitalizing on the skills I have developed working with those that are seasoned in the flow control industry.I am versatile, high-energy and positive about taking on challenges that come with a changing workplace. Although my experience is largely based on technical and hands-on engineering work, I possess some skill with technical writing, delivering training and direct customer support; and relish opportunities to make use of these skills in my job. Since I have spent many years in a manufacturing environment, I have grown an interest in production engineering and operations management moving forward.
Listed skills include Fault Finding, Functional Testing, Mechanical Assembly, Electrical Maintenance, and 4 others.
