I am a programmer and game designer who has been doing both as a hobby since I was a kid. Currently I am working seasonal jobs but I am branching out to look for game development jobs soon while I try to kick start my own game development company.Work Experience:I have over 3 professional years of experience in game design, quality testing, and debugging. I've worked as a level designer and quality tester on "Marble It Up! Ultra" for several years. I'm skilled in Unreal Engine and Unity, but I’m also comfortable working without an engine if needed. I’m skilled at learning new programming languages and software, and I understand the core principles of C++ and C#. I’ve been using Blender for about 10 years to model levels, characters, and decorations. On top of that, I have 10 years of hobbyist experience in game development, with 5 of those years focused on the software engineering side.I also spent a season working at Yellowstone National Park as an HR resident coordinator and camper service attendant. This gave me a good understanding of the park and a lot of experience helping both staff and visitors. I handled customer complaints and helped tourists with questions about the area. My background in customer service is strong, especially in guiding people and solving issues.Personality:I’m very persistent and focused when it comes to my work. I like to work on one task at a time and see it through to the end. I'm not as effective in situations where I have to jump between tasks without finishing them.
