This position provided leadership in managing the corporate initiatives of the company and its subsidiaries. This position: 1) Supported Mergers and Acquisition activities including but not limited to assisting with planning, analysis and pricing of acquisitions assisted with the conversion and integration process 2) Supported the strategic planning process and prepared multi-year financial strategic financial statements, 3) Managed the bank’s reporting process to ensure all reporting initiatives (technology implementations and new reports) were complete in a manner that improved its reporting process and 4) Managed the selection and implementation of a business intelligence software package (data warehouse) which could be used to create a bank financial reporting system that would allow for financial reporting and analysis by business unit, by product and by officer.
