-Install and repair Starlink products for all enterprise systems (aviation, maritime, automotive, locomotive, ground systems) under strict FAA and other governing guidelines. -Operate, collect, and report data of test findings for a variety of tests such as vibration, shock, thermal, RF, load, any other needed testing to meet FAA certification requirements. -Drive troubleshooting of hardware issues in real-time and provide feedback to eliminate repeat issues.

-Responsible for coordinating downtime with production asset owners.-Delegate and support maintenance team tasks and projects.-Manage site fleet vehicles.-Ensure the team has the tools and resources required to affect proper care of equipment and customers.

Responsible for maintaining and repairing all satellite, gateway, and development assets.-Respond to and repair production equipment failures.-Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.-Responsible for ordering critical spare parts stock.-Utilize electronic test equipment such as power supplies, digital multimeters, thermal cameras, and force gauges.

Responsible for building and testing inter-satellite link laser systems including:-Aid in efforts to uncover root-cause of equipment failure. -Train technicians on build process and procedures. -Aid in the development and implementation of both laser communications system and fiber amplifier production environments.

-Troubleshoot and repair customer in seat power supplies at component level, and ensure FAA compliance. -Utilize electronic test equipment such as power supplies, digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and LCR meters.

-Drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.-Identify and provide reliable solutions for technical issues to assure customer satisfaction.-Effect the knowledgeable evaluation of laser hazards, to monitor and maintain a safe production environment -Responsible for laser safety, hazard awareness, regulatory compliance, and staff acceptance of laser safety.-Utilize test equipment such as digital multimeters, wavelength analysers, thermal imaging systems, and an IR spectrometer

-Troubleshoot and repair customer equipment.-Lead and support the service team to reduce repair time and ensure customer satisfaction. -Analyze and maintain department inventory. -Work with engineering and application teams to produce solutions for difficult failures.-Utilize optical and photonic test equipment such as power meters, beam profilers, fast photodiode detectors, FT-IR spectrometer.

-Align laser optics to meet the beam perimeters, power intensity, and performance stability requirements -Utilize electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters to tune the laser excitation RF signal and set control functions of the laser

-Perform full functional testing on all development equipment before and after repair-Debug and troubleshoot development consoles-Create and maintain procedural work instructions-Utilize electronic test equipment such as digital multimeters.

-Troubleshoot and repair variable frequency drives at component level and test to OEM spec-Develop and build custom test equipment and procedures to fully functional test customer equipment-Utilize electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, huntron trackers, power supplies, and custom test devices.
