Chief, Test Engineering DivisionUs Army Electronic Proving Ground 2001 - 2004Ft Huachuca, ArizonaResponsible for the accomplishment of the test and test engineering mission within the Electronic Proving Ground. Managed through four subordinate branch chiefs, an average of 40 test project managers who in- turn managed and engineered approximately 200 programs annually. Maintained a customer reimbursement rate above 80% within the division, which generated an average of $30 million in revenue per year.
