I descend Ngati Pakeha, born and raised in West Auckland. Much of my personal and work life intersects with Te Ao Maori. My work life has tended to follow my passions - ranging from counseliing - to family therapy - policy analysis - advocacy at a national level and practicing and teaching social work. I am currently condensing my Phd findings into a graphic novel about humanities future(s) and our relationships with place, other and community.
