Randox Testing Services is a market leader in the Forensic Toxicology and Drug and Alcohol testing industry. They provide drug and alcohol testing solutions to workplaces with safety critical roles, the medico-legal sector and police forces. My role involves overseeing the strategic direction of all marketing activity while managing a team. This includes managing budgets, identifying suitable conferences / advertising space as well as managing social media and e-marketing management, market research, promotion and content creation for online and offline campaigns.

As part of the strategic marketing team, it was my job to implement a global CRM strategy in 26 countries all around the world. In order to do this my duties included: Project management, KPI reporting, training new staff, software testing, organisation structure management and global support to all staff.As well as the CRM system, I worked on other marketing tasks within different sub-companies of Randox. This meant taking on more responsibility with regard to advertising and promotion in both creating concepts and writing content for Randox Testing Services in particular.
