Developed and managed a department of 20, in line with the organic growth of the servicing business in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsible for leading the team of engineers, who service the entire installed fleet of Fresenius Kabi infusion and transfusion technology in Australia. Consequently, grew the team of engineers to 5 in line with the servicing business. The Fenwal acquisition expanded my experience by undertaking certification and field servicing on their range of plasma apheresis and blood processing system equipment.

Completed technical training and certification (both locally and internationally) on the entire range of Fresenius Kabi Australia medical devices. This included infusion, transfusion and auto-transfusion devices supplied to public and private hospitals throughout Australia. With the other team members, completed pre-delivery testing, repair, calibration and annual on-site preventative maintenance for infusion devices that resulted from winning the NSW Health infusion pump contract.

Worked under contract for Tyco Healthcare. Initially performing pre-delivery inspection to their entire range of capital equipment in accordance with Australian Standards AS3551:2004. This role, within technical services then expanded into supporting and servicing Tyco Healthcare's substantial list of capital equipment. In this, predominantly workshop technician role I received certified factory training in the majority of the medical equipment supported by Tyco Healthcare.During the companies transition to Covidien I was responsible for carrying out urgent upgrades, recalls and performing work to medical devices under service contract.

Under the leadership and guidance of Pär Löfgren (co-owner of Microkdidt AB) I developed and completed their next generation design using Solidworks. The project involved producing 3D CAD assemblies and 2D drawings for their patented electronic equipment for the health industry. These professional enclosures resulted from working closely with the staff and Mikrodidakt and involved personal creativity, management and resourcefulness while our conception spawned from planning, to prototype and then production. This equipment is used throughout the world including clinics in Australia.

Account manager and sales support role, actively selling and distributing computer systems, components and software. Majority of the work was in a telephone sales environment, though the posistion included visiting customers in order to further develop the business. The position of product manager to the ELSA and Abit brand of graphics cards was sought and pro-actively grown in the NSW region.

Designed, prototyped and made ready for serial production, the plastic injection molded body which was to house Gambro's "Bed Side Node"​. This interface between Gambro's dialysis machine, data logging and display system was developed using the latest 3D CAD modelling package from Solidworks. As the only CAD modeller for the company, I worked extensively with both the project manager and electronic engineers to produce, and then optimize the design of the chassis and components for their new medical product.
