Our fee structure operates on a sliding scale. For leasing, we can set up an unbeatable fee structure paid by tenant or owner of just 1/3rd of a month fee. For a large building or new construction lease up, we can set up a fee structure which will only include a small broker processing fee starting at $875 paid by tenant or landlord. In the current 2024 leasing climate this type of savings allows the landlord/developer much more pricing flexibility and increases their NOI tremendously. For sales, the traditional broker charges between 5%- 6% for a resale transaction. We have done resale transactions for as little as 2% and 1% for new developments .
