I work for a prepress reprographics company dealing mainly with end users and directly with printers. I do work mainly for the Flexograhic printing industry dealing mainly with food packaging.I am responsible for colour retouching, using Photoshop, all aspects of colour management, using GMG colour proof and Esko Graphics software.I create bespoke colour profiles for press predicted contract proofs. I am responsible for a small team who deal exclusively with all colour related tasks.

I was employed by Winnetts Graphics, (Shawk), as a colour retoucher and scanner operator mainly working for the food packaging industry dealing mainly with the flexographic industry.

I was employed as a camera operator, film planner, Scanner operator and finished my employment as the Works Manager. We dealt primarily with the Flexographic industry mainly on food packaging.

I was apprenticed here and learnt many manual skills such as camera/darkroom operator and film planning.
