• Responsible for the take-off of equipment for proper size, configuration, voltage, options, etc.
• Responsible for identifying possible cost savings and/or cost problems that will occur on various projects.
• Generate and distribute final proposals

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries, develop accounts and generate quotes.
• Enter and maintain purchase orders
• Establish and strengthen customer relationships through committed and professional service.
• Provide prompt responses to internal and external team members, customers and vendors.
• Monitor expected ship dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
• Work with internal departments to set up and maintain projects

• Build Operational & Maintenance Manuals for finished contracts
• Prepare Method Statements & Bill of Quantities
• Design/Prepare AutoCAD drawings for contracts (Construction drawings, As-Built drawings etc...)
