I have been in outdoor education in past decade and half, working for varies well know outdoor leading outdoors such as Outward-Bound South Africa, Outward Bound Hong Kong, A Team Edventures and Current Dragonfly limited in Hong Kong. Through my career I had a great opportunity to have different roles, from Program Coordinator for both Outward Bound Schools and Dragonfly, Safety Coordinator for A Team Edventures and currently Training Coordinator for Dragonfly. Both roles helped to be better organised in this industry on deferent roles, and leadership. Working abroad, I learned a lot about different culture and adopt in short period of time.
