I am an experienced social impact manager, teacher and employability worker with experience in a wide range of fields. I pride myself on my ability to quickly and effectively build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and communities. I have a passion for working with and volunteering in my local community and always seek to enrich my community in whatever role I am working in. I have experience supporting people from a wide range of ages and backgrounds to remove barriers and progress on their own individual journeys. I have a proven ability to create positive outcomes for my clients, especially young people, and have supported them into several positive destinations. including work experience, apprenticeships, and further education.I have significant project management and stakeholder engagement experience through delivering successful projects for Aberdeen City Council and through my management of a portfolio of state and international projects for Scouts Queensland.I aim to continue to challenge and develop my skills in project management to continue to make a difference in my communities.
