I also oversee the initiating and assisting of engineering and operations teams with alignment analysis and assessment of Luas, BRT and Metro projects, starting at pre-feasibility stage, preparing initial/preliminary business case submissions for further work, route selection through to final business case to Railway Order powers.• I am currently the Project Manager for the design of two cross city BRT route corridors. This involved managing and coordinating a multidisciplinary team to progress this study and I was the point of contact with all external stakeholders for Luas Line F. As a senior member of the Transport Planning team I had the responsibility to delegate work to the junior members of the team and also provided them with support and help to meet their targets. I also provided support to the delivery of other key RPA projects and represented RPA at public meetings and presentations. I was heavily involved in the testing and commissioning of the LUAS fleet of Light Rail vehicles. I reviewed and revised all maintenance documentation for the fleet of light rail vehicles. I also wrote several chapters of the New Rolling Stock Assessment.
