People, problems, and technology are three of my most favorite things! As a technology consultant I truly do enjoy working with people to solve problems utilizing technology. Throughout my career I have helped many clients increase organizational efficiency by re-engineering business processes, then building software systems to assist in the automation of these processes. Ultimately leading to the creation and founding of Neuma Consulting LLC!While I love my job, I am even more passionate about investing in the lives of those around me. For the past seven years I have enjoyed volunteering as a board member for the Enlightened Initiative (EI). The mission of EI is simply to empower and develop low income immigrant youth to become future leaders.As a proud alumnus of a Historically Black College and University (HBCU), Albany State University. I have become actively involved with mentoring and developing African Americans for success in their lives after college. I have had the opportunity of speaking and encouraging hundreds of collegiate students through Booz Allen recruiting initiatives, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, and university conferences.So what's next? My current mission to build a team of creative and motivated professionals who bring revolutionary solutions to tackle our nations most pressing challenges.
