I have worked for 2 years at New World Pukekohe and this has helped me to understand how large businesses are run and how different groups of people interact in the workplace. Due to COVID-19 i have learned the skills of working remotely by using zoom allowing me to easier work from home and remain on top of my work when I cannot be in lectures and classes. I have played cricket since I was 12 which has taught me to work hard and be patient. I have also captained many teams through cricket which has taught me very valuable leadership skills such as team bonding, team involvement and utilizing peoples skills.
