Oversee all financial functions including: accounting, treasury, audit, risk management, planning and analysis. Participate in developing the company’s overall business strategy. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including GAAP, SEC and Sarbanes Oxley. Establish the strategic financial direction of the company through the formulation of financial plans and policies. Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and present results to executive management and board of directors. Direct oversight of audits and works closely with the Board Audit Committee

Direct worldwide treasury and finance operations including: establishing and maintaining bank relationships, providing sourcing of capital, and negotiating credit facilities. Serve as a member of the Corporate Financial Controls, Financial Disclosure and Investment Committees. Oversee the management of over seventy facilities and offices globally. Advise and consult executive management and the Board of Directors. Represent the financial position and direction of the company to rating agencies and support Investor Relations in communicating with investors, analysts and the media.
