I am an intellectual property lawyer and partner in the Cologne office of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner. My work includes both contentious litigation and out-of-court advice in the fields of trademark, design, advertising, copyright and unfair competition law. I have extensive experience as a litigator in product counterfeiting cases (fakes, look-alikes, knock-offs) in the industry sectors footwear & fashion, consumer products, toys, automotive, and furniture. Further, I have broad experience in the domain of product labeling requirements and regulations (specific labeling requirements for consumer products such as toys, textiles, cosmetics, foodstuffs, electrical goods etc.).The LEGAL 500 singles me out as a "leading individual" and one of the top 20 trademark law practitioners in Germany.
