As a Subject Matter Expert of ServiceNow, I joined the development of ServiceNow to integrate in the company's system.My day to day tasks are the following:-Developing new processes and defining standards in the new system-Implementing and improving current processes-Searching for automation opportunities within existing accounts-Calculating cost and benefit of mentioned opportunities-Coordinating the implementations of existing and new automations-Coordinating and driving tests in Spira-Providing support and information to internal and external customers-Preparing and presenting training Material and detailed SOPs-Creating and updating new or already existing databases for any kind of available information
