Re-negotiated Enterprise Practice Management/Electronic Medical Record contract to save $500,000 annually. Developed a Management Services Organization to provide a full range of business services to STHS providers. Re-structured Centralized Billing Office to provide enhanced revenue cycle services, improved productivity and throughput with staff participation and empowerment.
