I've been programming anything and everything from the 70s onward. Grew up with a soldering iron in my hand. Been programming in "Clarion" since their Windows product became available. Authored a database application for GM in the mid-80s, in assembler, for the dual-floppy drive IBM PC 4.77 mhz. Built and managed numerous Novell networks, including early CPM varieties. Have managed Microsoft and Microsoft SQL servers non-stop since version 6.5 running on NT 4.0. Absolutely love the stability found in the Debian Linux environment. I've seen technologies and buzz-words come and go, but still have same passion to learn as I did in the 80s.Specialties: Writing programs for data manipulation, SQL, Clarion, Microsoft and Linux server administration, wiring and managing networks and servers.
