CI Manager - Direct and Supervise overall Continuous Improvement activities within the facility, including, but not limited to, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen events, Six Sigma, and Cost Reductions. Manage the Plant's continuous improvement cost save road map and monitor and implement projects to meet annual budget targets. Lead team oriented continuous improvement projects to reduce variation and costs in the Plant. Assist and help lead in the training and education of the Plant to give employees a better understanding of Six sigma methodologies and practices. Overall, support the Plant in achieving its operational and financial goals.

Manage production supervisors and operational activities throughout the Plant with focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and 5S. Mentor and lead supervisors to help drive and maintain continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor production metrics and initiate corrective actions plans to achieve Plant goals.
