General sales assistant duties, mainly helping customers using my knowledge of outdoor activities and equipment. I also work with the web sales team picking and packing customer orders and recently have been given responsibility for the stockrooms and goods-in procedures.

I manage the site and course at Go Ape! Coed y Brenin, everything from recruiting and training staff, Health and Safety, rotas, marketing, session availability, reporting, maintenance, retail, retail and equipment stock, and maintaining relationships with Natural Resources Wales.

I was responsible for maintaining stock levels and availability of raw materials and equipment for the laboratory, packaging and materials for the warehouse and running the goods inward section of the warehouse department. I also worked in the lab for a short period making pharmaceutical 'specials' before transfering to the warehouse.
