Created all proprietary financial models for the company used in its underwriting of all projects, capital raising efforts, and returns analyses to capital providers, banks, and investors/shareholders of the company.Notable Transactions:-Acquired and successfully restructured a portfolio consisting of over 300 finished lots located in three trophy master-planned communities. -Sourced corporate growth equity for our holding company from a direct relationship at Bakrie Capital.-Closed a $100 million programmatic joint venture commitment from Urdang Capital Management (Now Center Square Investment Management), to acquire distressed lots and master planned communities in the Southwest US.-Sourced and closed $250 million of senior construction financing from City National Bank, Presidio Residential Capital, and Farmer’s & Merchants Bank. -Originated a preferred equity investment from Fundrise, an online-based real estate lender, its first investment in CA.

Responsible for due diligence analysis and evaluation of private equity fund opportunities including real estate, growth equity, buyout, and distressed funds.
