I would help the owner prep and bake goods for the holiday season.

Matured customer interaction skills while providing optimal service in a fast pace environment. This position allowed for progression in leadership and communication skills as well as an expansion of knowledge in various areas of hotel and resturaunt operations.

Setup and provided service to banquets with up to 1,100 guests. I served as a food runner, bar back, maintenance, houseman( meaning I would setup the chars, tablecloths, stage, dance floor, and audio visual) during events. Served as transportation to guests to and from the airport and assisted with luggage.

I served as a delivery driver as well as installed water softeners and conducted reverse osmosis maintenance checks.

I developed cooking skills while practicing strict food-handling precautions. I learned a variety of culinary and food preparation techniques.
