* Comprehensive knowledge of the Oil & Gas Sector gained throughout my 15+ years of progressively responsible industry specific experience including work as a Roughneck, Driller, Tool Push, Service Rig Manager and Well Site Supervisor * Manage all day-to-day field activities including being responsible for supervision of site personnel, contractors and service partners to ensure all duties are being completed according to company established deadlines and budget and in compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations * Highly developed organizational abilities used to secure and coordinate services, personnel and equipment in order to maintain project timelines * Extensive knowledge all AER, OH&S and Prime Contractor Regulations and use this knowledge to guide and mentor staff and promote strict compliance * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new developments and technology impacting the industry including offering specific experience in the use of new products such as NCS Liners with open & closed sleeves * Well-developed communication skills used to liaison between field personnel and Head Office ensuring that all relevant stakeholders have pertinent information in a timely fashion * Demonstrated ability to implement effective troubleshooting abilities in order to identify and proactively respond to work site issues ensuring no unnecessary safety risks, budgetary concerns or production interruptions * Exceptional safety consciousness including receiving commendation for 2500 days without a loss time incident as a Rig Manager / Operator * Complete and submit a wide variety of reports, documentation and correspondence accurately and on time
