• Directed all food, retail and disbursing operations with 21k meals a day, $2M in provisions inventories, $33M in payroll, and $2.6M in annual sales.
• Designed a logistics support strategy for global war-time operations that generated 98% aircraft mission accomplishment, 92% inventory issue effectiveness, and reduced the logistics pipeline by 25%.

Developed and evaluated supply chain performance metrics across all Navy activities, providing direct analytical support to DOD activities, optimizing annual resource requirements in excess of $1.5B. Developed cost benefit analysis and simulation model supporting spare parts planning and resource allocation for the Navy’s retail system spare parts.
