Serve as first contact between community members and the residents of Bethlehem Inn which includes, fielding and directing calls to the shelter, maintaining resident confidentiality when community members and emergency personnel visit the shelter, and taking donations from the community. Assist in maintaining the safety of the shelter property and the residents by locating and identifying non-resident individuals and alerting staff for follow up. Assist the residents with access to personal hygiene donations, organize the front desk area for ease of resident communication of information and rules. Provide safekeeping of resident keys and mail.
