Developed MDM and Data sharing strategy to integrate data elements sources from multiple varying data platforms for better Business Intelligence.• Created an MDM to have multiple data sources combined to express one true view of customer data. • Architecting the next generation of reporting utilizing search based applications, ETL, and data integration blending data from more than 6 disparate sources. • Developed data synchronization methods to incorporate multiple sources of CRM, Financial, Support, Marketing, Dunn & Bradstreet and Product Base.• Created MDM methods required to de-duplicate records and provide data quality for critical business measurements using strategies including Fuzzy Logic, Metaphone, Ranking.• Developed a hierarchy of customers that are not naturally related via standard methods such as unique key or distinct primary characteristics.• Effectively managed a team of specialists to tune and enhance the reporting and display elements of the MDM data.• Actively researching new technologies to enhance the business process, data consumption and data quality.
